RETURN POLICY
ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL
All sales on custom orders are final. No returns or refunds on custom orders. Returns or exchanges on ready made products within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in original condition. For ready made grills, smokers and outdoor fire pits there will be a 20% restocking fee.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
90 day limited warranty
Limited warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the 90 day warranty period, repair or replacements of defective materials or craftmanship will only be done at company discretion. Limited warranty does not cover problems that are caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not caused by defective materials of workmanship.
